Important Dates To Remember
- Mission RGV 2026 – July 19-25
- June 01 – Provide estimated number of mission team members and $500 group deposit due. We understand this estimated team member number can change
- June 22 – Team member count with T-Shirt sizes. This is a firm date as we will order the team t-shirts June 29th. T-shirts are provided to each registered team member. Extra shirts can be purchased for $20 each.
- July 08 – Final Team member list - provide names, gender, marital status, and age group (i.e., teens, adult, etc.) for your team. This will help in placing team members in the appropriate condos. If you have late team registration, please contact us immediately, our goal is to accommodate anyone wanting to serve during the Mission Week. We would like to have any recommendation regarding condo arrangements that fits well for your group.
- July 13 – Final payment due for your group. Checks can be made payable to RGV Ministries and mailed to RGV Ministries, 825 N Riverside Dr., Grapevine, TX 76051. We also except credit cards but we must add a 3% fee that the credit card vendor charges us.
